Will and Greeze sample a barrel aging experiment done by their mad bourbon scientist friend Cos. He took a wet apple brandy barrel and aged a mixture of basically every American whiskey he owned in it for 67 days. We sample the finished product, the apple brandy itself, the blend from the first day, and 30 days into aging. It's a fun, unique experiment. Then, after the 15, they revisit Weller Special Reserve.
