Joe B. brings over a collection of pre-fire Heaven Hill that were called "cats & dogs." Cats and Dogs refers to a term in the liquor industry of labels that a company produces, but gives no marketing budget. These particular bottles were exports to Japan. 

Joe brings them over, cracks 'em open and we taste through them based off age statement. Enjoy.
