First, Will and Greeze try a dusty sample of Benchmark 6 year from 1975. This was a sample from our friend Jerome. Greeze gets greezy. Then they revisit Evan Williams 12yr. Then Greeze gets greezy. Then they go to the 15 and drink Jack Daniel's Straight Tennessee Rye. Greeze gets greezy. Then Will blinds Greeze. He gets even more Greezy. Then he goes on a rant. Merry Christmas.
The 2nd Annual ChristmasBourbonPaloozaExtravaganza happened this week. It's our Christmas tasting we through for our buddies with Chris from Made South and Joe Bourbon. Kentucky Owl Bourbon Batch 7
Evan Williams 23 Year
Dusty Wild Turkey (1993)

Four Roses Al Young
2017 Four Roses Small Batch Limited Edition
2017 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon

Joseph Magnus “NASA” Store Pick
2017 George T. Stagg
2017 Thomas H. Handy
2017 William Larue Weller
2017 Parker’s Heritage
Plus, Chris threw in a brown bag. Listen along with our night and hear how crazy it got. Hope you all have a great week preparing for Christmas, because it may take you a while to get through all this!
First, Will and the Greeze talk about prohibition, because they recorded this on Dec. 5 (repeal day). As to be expected, that goes off the rails. Will also talks about some fine whiskeys that he drank at a buddy's house. Then after the 15, they take Evan Williams 12 year (Red Label) for a spin. Enjoy.
This week let you listen in to a Friday tradition we like to call Old Fashioned Friday. Basically, we sit around the office of Chris from Made South, drink Eli Mason Old-Fashioneds, and come up with bourbon fueled ideas. Then, after the 15, we try Early Times Bottled-in-Bond and argue about it for a bit.
Important note: if you want a chance to win a slot at our Christmasbourbonpalooza Extravaganza, visit the link below to bid. The proceeds will be going Davis House Child Advocacy Center. Merry Christmas!
