Will and the Greeze get into a discussion about liquor stores that offer "bourbon clubs," in light of a recent local shop that decided to offer one. These clubs offer many perks, but the main reason many folks join is a chance to buy highly allocated releases like Pappy and BTAC. Greeze has been a fan of these groups for a while, but a new shop's offering has caused quite a stir in our local bourbon community. The two analyze this new offering and talk about the pros and cons of stores offering these types of groups. Then, after the 15, the guys drink 1792 full proof.
Will and the Greeze talk about Greeze's favorite YouTube channel, play scratch-off lottery and drink an Eli Mason cocktail. Then, after the 15, they try Peg Leg Porker 12 year old Tennessee Bourbon, courtesy of Joe Bourbon (@BourbonFindoftheDay).

First, Will and the Greeze discuss their top 5 whiskies they consider "dark horse" picks. These are whiskies they don't necessarily talk about much or they don't get a lot of praise in the bourbon community, but see they see as go-to picks. Then they try a random mix of a bourbon and rye that was recommended by Ralfy. Then after the 15, they try Basil Hayden's Bourbon.
Will read an article on BreakingBourbon.com written by Eric called "A Different Perspective Changed My Buying Habits." He thought it was an interesting take, as its so hard to not get caught up in the hype all the good bourbon being released. He decided to share it with the Greeze to see what he thinks. Check out the article, too.
Then, after the 15, Will and the Greeze try Bulleit Barrel Strength Bourbon.
There really isn't much that can describe the beginning of this episode, except that Greeze gets blinded by Will with some Japanese whisky. From there, it basically goes off the rails on various whiskey related tangents. Then, they sample Bib & Tucker Bourbon

The air is warming up, so Will and the Greeze head back out to the Made South barn to drink whiskey with Chris (@madesouth) and Joe Bourbon (@bourbonfindoftheday) to blind each other with bourbon. First, Will and the Greeze are given a special bottle of bourbon labeled "Bottled-in-Bond," but after closer investigation, all is not as it seems. So they try this inaccurately labeled whiskey... you know, for the show and all. Then after the 15 they drink Widow Jane 10 year. Finally, they close out the show with a special song written by friend of the show Brian Reynolds (@tbryanreynolds on instagram). It is based on the Greeze's lyric "Whiskey may kill me but it wont break my heart." Enjoy
On this episode, Will and Greeze talk about an article they read about "infinity bottles." After that, they toss some ideas of different kinds of infinity bottles they could make. Then, after the 15, Will and the Greeze try the newest release from Whistle Pig: FarmStock. A sample for the show was generously given to us by Joe Bourbon of @bourbonfindoftheday.

We were given a sample of all 10 Four Roses recipes, so in honor of March Madness, we filled out a bracket of all 10 of them to crown a champion and our favorite recipe.
We boil it all down to the Final Four Roses (which is actually 6), move on to the Final game, and then crown a champion.
