In this episode, Will and the Greeze give four items each that bourbon lovers may want for Christmas. This is the first time the guys have done a holiday "wish list" type episode, so buckle up. Then after they each give their four, Greeze gives a fifth, because he didn't listen to the instructions. Then, after the 15, they drink Cabin Still bourbon. Because of their experience with that, Will makes up for it with a special throwback pour. 

First, Will and the Greeze talk about traveling with an open bottle of whiskey. A question about this came from a listener and hopefully we can help you with some tips for your Thanksgiving travels. Then, they talk with distiller Sam Mead about Wyoming Whiskey. Then, after the 15, they try three different offerings from Wyoming Whiskey: Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch Bourbon, Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask Bourbon, and Outryder Bottled-in-Bond Straight American Whiskey. The Barrels and Brews crew: Justin, James, and Dan the Bearded Dram met us at Greeze's house for a little whiskey drinkin'. We learn quite a bit about the process of picking single barrel "store picks" from retailer's perspective. We hype Justin's picks a lot, so we figured it was time we had him on to hear from the source about his experiences. Then, after the 15, they have Ezra B. 12 year-old Single Barrel and give it the buy, bar, pass treatment.

Will and the Greeze make it out to the Made South barn after what feels like an eternity. Will, the Greeze, Chris, and Joe Bourbon all bring a secret bottle in a brown bag and pour it for everyone. Then after everyone gives their thoughts/guesses, it is revealed. Our friends Chris and Phil provided the Krystal burgers for the night. After making it through the first four bourbons, things sort of go off the rails and the guys just hang out and talk. Enjoy.
